Solar PV & Renewable Energy Case Studies

The glass/glass canopy was designed to provide the majority of the electrical generation and shelter for an area of the car park. The facade was designed to provide some of the electrical generation and enable the occupants of the building to view the PV technology. The canopy utilised purpose designed glass/glass laminates fixed with a Schuco aluminium carrier system featuring hidden the fixing plates for a clean appearance. The facade utilised purpose designed glass/glass laminates sized to suit a standard 'curtain wall' framing system.
